HOW TO ORDER AND PAY
Order and pay using the online shop
The easiest way to order items is to use the site's online
shop, and pay online by credit/debit card via WorldPay's secure server.
Goods ordered in this way will usually be
delivered within 5 days, but it can take longer during busy periods and
holidays. A notice will be displayed on checkout giving an
indication of the estimated delivery time. If your order is
particularly urgent, please email
us directly quoting your order reference and we will do our best to accommodate you.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Photographic prints
Prints are professionally produced on photographic paper in a wide range of
sizes between 6" x 4" and 30" x 20". The cost and availability of different
sizes may vary from one gallery to another. To check the details for a
particular gallery, press the "Price list" button on its
index page. A drop-down list showing all the available sizes
will also be presented when you press the "Add to Basket"
button associated with a particular image.

Canvas prints
Our canvas prints are produced on 340 gsm
artists' canvas stretched over a kiln-dried pine frame
(20 mm depth) and come ready to hang. The finish resembles
artists' acrylic paint on canvas.
Prints of almost any size and aspect ratio
can be produced between 20 cm x 20 cm and 120 cm x 120 cm,
in 10 cm steps. Standard sizes (available through the online shop)
are:
60 x 40 cm (roughly A2, or 24" x 16")
50 x 40 cm (20" x 16")
40 x 30 cm (16" x 12")
60 x 24 cm (24" x 10") (illustrated)

Framing and
mounting
7"x5" and 10"x8" prints can
be supplied with wooden or silver-plated frames (without
mattes). Other sizes of frames and illuminated mounts may be
available in the future.

attachments, with no charge for delivery.
Unless otherwise requested, they will be pre-processed for

Postcards
and greetings cards
Greetings cards and postcards are A6 (105mm x 148mm) sized
with a glossy finish. Greeting cards come in packs of 8 with
white envelopes. Postcards come in packs of 16 and the reverse
side may be blank or the traditional postcard style. By default
the selected image is cropped to the right shape and printed with a
slim white border on the front of the card. A personal message
can be
printed inside greeting cards or on the reverse of postcards.

Available as single page calendars with a single
8" x 10" print, or as spiral-bound 12-page
calendars with a separate 8" x 10" print on each
monthly page, on classic or contemporary styles

REFUND POLICY
Our photos are prepared to order and so
constitute customized goods which are exempt from the EU
Distance Selling Directive. However, we will respect the buyer's
right to cancel an order without penalty at any time until the
photos have been printed or digital images have been dispatched.
In the unlikely event that the buyer is dissatisfied with the
finish of a print or a printed product we will offer to reprint
the photo or product or alternatively offer a full refund,
provided that the original is returned to us. This does not
apply to instances where the wrong image or product or
finish was specified in the order.
